Planned Giving

Sara Morriss had a vision for St. Margaret's School when she became one of the first alumnae to remember St. Margaret's in her will. Sara Morriss knew that her gift would help St. Margaret's build a foundation into the future - and the scholarship that her bequest helped establish is a testament to that belief. The Sara Winston Taylor Morriss Scholarship, established in 1997, acts as a lasting tribute while providing a valuable opportunity for current and future students.

By joining the Sara Morriss Society for Planned Giving, Alumnae and friends can create a lasting legacy for themselves while ensuring the ongoing strength of St. Margaret's School.

“When I wrote my first will, it seemed natural to include St. Margaret’s. I recognized that my estate gave me a tremendous opportunity to make a difference for the organizations that meant a great deal to me.” – Alumna and Sara Morriss Society Member

Through planned gifts to St. Margaret’s, alumnae, parents and friends have the opportunity to create a lasting legacy while sharing in the school’s vision and ensuring its future strength.
